Physical education is very important for healthy living. Exercises undertaken in the form of drill is very useful for a better physique. The school children are always encouraged to take part in various events of sports like long jump, high jump, hurdles, running, volleyball, football, cricket etc. If we do exercise regularly we get hungry often which helps us in taking food correctly. Thus the exercises always play an important role in having a good health as it makes our internal organs to work actively.
